We aim to provide you the customer with the best delivery service available. We use UK Royal Mail services for all of our orders.

UK Standard Delivery

You will receive your delivery within 5 working days after you place your order (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail. Your order can be delivered any time between 8 am and 6 pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.


UK Next Day Delivery

The cost of UK Next Day Delivery is £7.99. If you order before 12 pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day.

If you order up to 12 pm on Friday, you will receive your goods on the Monday. If you order anytime after 12 pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday.

A tracking link for your order will be emailed to you allowing you to track you order.

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8 am and 6 pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to receive your parcel, a 'calling card' will be posted through your door asking you to collect your parcel from the local depot or to arrange redelivery.



International Delivery -  EUROPE

We offer a choice of both Standard and Express delivery.

We ship by DHL or DPD  who provide tracking information on your parcels progress.

Europe Standard:
5-7 Working days (Mon-Fri) £7.99

Europe Express:
2-3 Working days (Mon-Fri) £17.99


International delivery - Rest of the World

We ship by DHL or DPD  who provide tracking information on your parcels progress.

3-5 Working days (Mon-Fri) £24.99

Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Modesty Lounge have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.


If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.



Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

We operate using the above courier options in order to ensure your orders remain safe and are delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will constantly strive to offer our customers to best overall experience and competitive shipping rates.

All orders may be tracked and must be signed for. At the checkout stage you may state whether you would like a specified neighbour to sign for your parcel if you are not available to do so (in the event of the customer not being present to accept the parcel;  DPD and DHL will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour with notification left to you as the recipient of such an action).

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are buyer?s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.


Failed delivery

After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, Modesty Lounge will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for 48 hours.

We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.

We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to Modesty Lounge.

We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. Modesty Lounge ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, Modesty Loungewill assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.

If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer with refusal to sign for a parcel which was sent following a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the initial shipping fees incurred by Modesty Lounge and any courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to Modesty Lounge will be deducted from the total refund value.
